| A1 | Online programs allow you to learn at your own pace and go back over details and concepts you wish to revisit. It does require higher motivation than classroom learning—you need to keep yourself focused on moving to completion.

| Q2 | What sort of support comes with this program? |
| A2 | If you have any technical difficulties, you can email esupport@e-bls.com. If you have any questions related to course content, you will be able to post these in the Notice Board section of the course. Answers to these questions will be answered by a SlingPath tutor and posted on the Notice Board within 72 hours.

| Q3 | How can I enroll in an online course? |
| A3 | Click on Enroll Online. An enrollment form will appear, and you will need to fill in all the required fields (marked with *). You will also need to select the payment method for the course, either credit card payment or telegraphic transfer (TT). If you choose the credit card method, the system will redirect you to a secure online payment page. Alternatively, if you do not want to pay online, you can pay by telegraphic transfer. The instructions will be emailed to you after you have enrolled.

| Q4 | What is the difference between individual enrollment and group/business enrollment? |
| A4 | Individual enrollment is for someone who is enrolling in the course on his/her own, while group/business enrollment caters for companies which would like a few of their employees to take up the course. It also allows a business to purchase seats to pass on to another party. Group/business enrollments may be eligible for discounts. Click on the Enrollment Options link to find out more about this.

| Q5 | How do I get started on a course? |
| A5 | On the SlingPath website home page, log in using the username and password sent to you in your enrollment confirmation email.

| Q6 | What if I get a message that I am not enrolled in a course? |
| A6 | This means that you have not paid for the course or we have not received your payment. If you want to pay online, you can log in to the system and you will see an option to pay by credit card. Click this option to go to a secure payment page. Alternatively, if you do not want to pay online you can wire the money to the bank account given in the enrollment email sent to you.

| Q7 | Why can't I log in using the username and password received in the email? |
| A7 | You may have entered the wrong username or password. Please note that the password is case-sensitive. You may have accidentally turned on your Caps Lock option. If you still cannot log in, please email esupport@e-bls.com.

| Q8 | What can I do if I forget my username or password? |
| A8 | Click the link which says "Forgot username or password?" on the website home page. You will have to correctly answer the security question which you chose during your enrollment to allow the system to retrieve your details. Then we will email you your username and new password.

| Q9 | Are there any resources that can help me in my study? |
| A9 | Yes. If you click Resources, you will see two books that are very useful for both the Basic SNG Operations and Practical SNG Operations courses. Just click the links on that page to buy either. There is also a link to buy a reduced-price Suunto Tandem compass/clinometer.
